This group aims to build a strong CX culture across all LGAs, strengthening the levels of trust and overall satisfaction our customers have with council.
Furthermore the Customer Experience Special Interest Group is focused on placing the sector at the forefront of optimising CX and leading a customer first culture. The group's purpose is to:
Build a network of CX professional in the local government sector Share, learn and support each other. Uplift CX capability and maturity in the local government sector

This Special Interest Group is supported by an online community. We believe that accessing knowledge from individuals who work in a similar environment is invaluable and should never be underestimated. Our communities are only for people working in Local Government and there are many benefits to participating in them. They are a great way to keep in touch in between meetings, by asking your fellow colleagues questions and sharing resources. You can also see who else is involved and get in touch with them quickly.
