Ignite for Outdoor Workers is a leadership program tailored to outdoor workers, developing new-to-role leaders or those with limited experience.
Content and case studies have been adapted so they are relevant to the duties outdoor workers perform.
The program enables those with limited experience in managing and leading people to develop the competencies required to be successful in their role.
We value and celebrate diversity in the Ignite program and recognise that some people face greater barriers to leadership opportunities than others.
