Three councils revealed as 2025's Customer Experience Award finalists

The innovative initiatives of three councils have made it into the finals of 2025's Customer Experience Award.

The CX Award recognises customer service improvements that enhance a council's overall customer experience through innovative strategies, exceptional service delivery, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The 2025 winner will be revealed at the Specialist Award Ceremony of LGPro's 2025 Annual Conference on Wednesday 4 June at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
