LGPro welcomed the second round of consultation on the Local Government Reforms 2024, submitting specific updates to support the efficacy of the Victorian Government's regulations in development.

The local government peak body's feedback comes amid the passing of the Local Government Amendment (Governance and Integrity) Act 2024, informing the regulations that will support it ahead of the 2024 local government elections.
