About the SIG
This SIG offers staff working in customer service in Local Government the opportunity to network, share information, identify and implement best practice policies and procedures and also provides professional development activities.
Who Should Attend
Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders, Supervisors and frontline Local Government customer service staff.
