Customer service in Local Government is forever changing and this SIG offers staff working in customer service in Local Government the opportunity to build professional networks, share information, identify, share and implement best practice policies and procedures.

An online forum supports this SIG and its members. We believe that accessing knowledge from individuals who work in a similar environment is invaluable and should never be underestimated. Our forums are just for people working in Local Government and there are many benefits to participating in them.
