Corporate Planners Network

About the SIG

This SIG provides Local Government staff involved in corporate planning with the opportunity to come together, discuss the latest trends and developments, share problems and network. The SIG also hosts the Corporate Planners Network Conference and the Excellence in Local Government Corporate and Community Planning Award held in November each year.

Who Should Attend

Local Government planning staff involved in community, Council or other forms of planning, performance monitoring and service review and continuous improvement activities.

Corporate Planners Network Online Forum

This SIG is supported by an online forum. We believe that accessing knowledge from individuals who work in a similar environment is invaluable and should never be underestimated. Our forums are just for people working in Local Government and there are many benefits to participating in them. They are a great way to keep in touch in between meetings, by asking your fellow SIG colleagues questions and sharing resources. Agendas, minutes and presentations will also be posted on the forum.
