“Service Reviews in a Box” is helping councils conduct service reviews collaboratively, sharing insights, experiences, and best practice along the way for more effective, efficient reviews.

Councils in the program collectively progress through the stages of a service review together over six months. Over the 20-26 week period, they share challenges and solutions, and collaborate on common issues, improving the quality of the final review. While data is independently assessed for quality and objectivity, this is done consistently across participating councils to create a more reliable, comparable result.
