The 2017 Customer Service Conference was held on Thursday 7 September and Friday 8 September at Citadines on Bourke,131 -135 Bourke Street, Melbourne and attreacted over 100 delegates.

The theme for 2017 was Maximising Customer Experience. The conference explored the importance of strategy, design and measurement in maximising the customer experience and delegates walked away with practical tools and solutions to help transform customer experience at their Councils.

The fantastic line up of presenters included customer experience experts and government leaders who shared their experiences in the field as well as practical workshops to guide delegates and their Councils on their transformation journey.

Delegates were also able to network and share experiences with sector colleagues and help celebrate success at the presentation of LGPro Customer Service Award, recognising a project which has achieved significant service
improvement through effective and innovative approaches.
