The next LGPro Customer Service Conference will be held in 2017.

The 2015 Customer Service Conference attracted 150 Local Government professionals over a two day period including senior managers, coordinators and frontline customer service staff with the focus on the individual both as a leader and as a member of the team and what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service.

'Finding the Diamond within,' the theme of the conference, featured some fantastic keynote speakers, valuable interactive sessions and Council case studies.

Congratulations to the Customer Service Team at Boroondara City Council who were awarded the coveted Customer Service Award for the development and successful implementation of their 'Four Pillars of Engagement Program.'
