TICKETS FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at non member rates for both the Welcome Event and the Conference Dinner by completing the Accompanying Persons section online.
An administration fee of 10% will be deducted from any refund due to cancellation prior to 13 February 2015. No refunds will be given for cancellations from 16 February 2017, however a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to defer, amend or cancel the program.

Accommodation is available at The Hilton Melbourne South Wharf which is located on site at the Convention Centre. Alternatively there is a broad range of accommodation available in the city.

Conference sessiosn and the Welcome Event is smart casual and the Conference Dinner is business attire
Delegates with specific dietary or access requirements are asked to advise of these details when registering for the Conference. Where possible, all necessary arrangements will be made to cater for delegate needs.
We will be taking photographs at this event to be used on our website, social channels and for general promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our photographer or speak with an LGPro staff member at the registration desk upon arrival.
